HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You can either place your order online or over the phone with one of our experienced sales team members. We accept major payment methods such as Visa & Mastercard.
DO I NEED TO BE AT HOME TO ACCEPT DELIVERY?
No, you do not need to be at the property to accept the delivery. However, with National Pallet kerbside delivery we do recommend it. The drivers will where possible, deliver the bag to the requested location and leave without a signature.
CAN I SCHEDULE A DELIVERY DATE – HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY DELIVERY IS DUE TO ARRIVE?
We will always call to confirm delivery once your order has been placed and we have received it. Please tell us in this phone call when you would like to receive your order. During this same phone call we will let you know whether your delivery will be a morning or afternoon delivery.
CAN I REQUEST A DELIVERY TIME?
On our delivery service we can only guarantee between 7am and 7pm. We can advise the driver of any times to avoid which are unsuitable or where access may be an issue but cannot guarantee that we will be able to adhere to this.
WHAT IF I HAVE ACCESS RESTRICTONS?
If there are any concerns regarding restrictions you can speak to a member of our Sales Team beforehand who can offer advice.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver to all locations across the UK
WHEN I ORDER MORE THAN ONE ITEM, WILL THEY ALL BE DELIVERED AT THE SAME TIME?
Items placed on the same order will be scheduled for the same delivery date to be delivered together. Where this is not possible, we will notify the customer by telephone or email as soon as possible.
MY DELIVERY DRIVER WAS GREAT, HOW CAN I SAY THANK YOU?
Please email sales@suttles.co.uk and we will pass on your comments to the Driver. Another option would be to review us on Google or pass comments through our social media.
WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE OR RECEIPT?
Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided upon payment, this will be your invoice/receipt
