Delivery Information

All deliveries are normally delivered within 3-4 working days of an order being placed with payment completed. Within in the Dorset area delivery is more often than not achievable within 24-48 hours of an order and payment being received.

Local deliveries

• Deliveries within BH & DT Postcodes shall usually be carried out by our own Lorries providing chassis mounted crane offload. This means that the bags can be lifted into any position on your property so long as we have clear access. Please ask us if you are concerned about access or obstacles such as overhead cabling, underground services, trees, buildings or other landscape restrictions.
• The crane has a fully extended reach of around 8 meters but the lorry does need space on the road to deploy its stabiliser legs.

National deliveries

• For National deliveries (anywhere in mainland UK outside of BH and DT postcodes); your bag will be delivered by a Pallet Network Service.
• This will be a ‘kerbside delivery’ and the driver will have a pallet trolley but not the ability to crane the bag into position.
